Front Lower Control Arms with Center Reposition
When front-wheel drive (FWD) vehicles are driven at an excessively low vehicle height, the driveshaft moves inward, causing problems and shaft boot wear. In today's world, not only are extremely low vehicle heights becoming more common, but styles with extreme camber angles are also becoming more prevalent, meaning the driveshaft's stroke range easily reaches its limit. Therefore, by extending the lower arms and moving the driveshaft from the inward position outward, we were able to eliminate the jolt and reduce boot wear. Also, with a low vehicle height, the wheel center tends to swing forward, causing the tire to come into contact with the mounting area between the front bumper and fender, making it difficult to turn the steering wheel. The lower arms can be used to move the wheel center back to a position with good front-to-rear balance, thereby increasing the steering angle even slightly. The center position lower arm avoids this drawback of front-wheel drive vehicles.
