Returns Policy


IMPORTANT: Never send back a product without first getting our Return Approval. After reviewing the circumstances, we will approve or decline each request promptly. Approved returns will include the return shipping address which may be different than the original packages printed return address.

IMPORTANT: Special order products and products made to order, or non-refundable. This includes most wheels and aero products.

For non-special order products, we will accept returns for unopened products within 14 days of your delivery receipt, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns after 14 days are generally not accepted, however, we will review your request and is subject to our sole discretion to accept or decline the return.

The reason for a restocking fee is due to the uniqueness of the products we sell. Unique products can be extremely difficult to resell quickly and will generally go to auction, resulting in a significant loss.

Shipping costs, both to and from, are never refundable unless a wrong part was shipped in our error. In this rare case we will request a pick-up of the original part and ship the new part upon receiving.

We highly recommend you researchany product you intend to purchase (in advance) for real world results on quality, fitment, and actual product looks/design. While we strive to only carry products with the highest quality standards, we are unable to warranty or confirm with certainty quality, fitment or look/design for each and every product. If specifics of a product are important to you, such as the color of your spring, please ask us prior to ordering. Unfortunately we cannot accept any product that was opened or attempted to be installed.
