Ultra-lightweight duralumin is used for the outer pulley and inner plate. This makes it super lightweight. The pulley part and inner plate part adopt the machined manufacturing method. In particular, the pulley section achieves ultra-high accuracy and reliably transmits the transmission drive from the timing belt. By applying hard alumite to the surface of the pulley part, the durability of the contact surface with the timing belt is dramatically improved. It is fully compatible with drag racing cars with 1000 horsepower and over 10,000 rpm.
