Baffle Stiffener
The most common cause of EJ20 engine trouble is metal trouble. Most of the causes of this are poor lubrication such as oil cavitation and lack of oil in the oil pan. In addition, many troubles have been reported due to insufficient strength of the crankcase. Actually, we had the same trouble in our test, and as a result of considering many improvement methods, this product was developed. This baffle stiffener has a double structure that firmly connects the left and right crankcases with a high-strength stiffener, dramatically improving the strength of the crankcase. In addition, it prevents the occurrence of oil cavitation and provides a stable oil supply.
