GT Crankshaft - 8 Counterweight Type
This is a long-stroke crankshaft with a stroke that is 4mm longer (77.7mm) than the standard Nissan crankshaft. When used in combination with Nissan's genuine (1mm oversize) pistons and NISMO GT connecting rods, it enables a displacement of 2,771cc ( Note 1) . Strength is enhanced by using a die forging and fillet rolling manufacturing method. The crank itself has been dynamically balanced.
