Tie Rods - Long
In recent years, with tires becoming wider and more grippy, and knuckle processing resulting in significantly increased steering angle, situations have arisen where genuine tie rods are not rigid enough for high G-force driving on the circuit. This item separates the inner socket (ball joint part) and the rod body, ensuring sufficient thread engagement even with wide tread specifications using extended lower arms, and by improving the rigidity of the entire tie rod, it reduces the risk of steering trouble and achieves durability that allows for long-term use on the circuit with peace of mind. Additionally the long type extends the rod body while maintaining the same rigidity of the tie rod, allowing for a 35mm wider tread on each side compared to the standard type. *Requires confirmation of HICAS or not, and tie rod screw diameter. Toe adjustment width not compatible with factory lower arms. Long Tie Rod without Hicas (M12), requires M14 tie rod ends.
