HAL Full-Length Adjustable Coilovers - DFV Dual Flow Valve
By adjusting the lower bracket and adjusting the overall length of the shock absorber unit, vehicle height can be adjusted without changing the spring pre-load.The shock absorber's shape minimizes the effect on the stroke of the shock absorber when adjusting vehicle height. DFV stands for Dual Flow Valve. The main valve is designed to achieve both flexibility and maneuverability. DFV cancels out the excessive damping force at high speeds, which is a weak point of this characteristic, and allows for flexible control of the ideal amount of operation, from when the piston starts moving from a stopped state to when it reaches high speeds, creating a smooth curve.
