Rear Upper Differential Mount Collars (Duracon)
Diff mounts are generally made of rubber. There is a diff mount between the cast case diff case and the vehicle side holding the diff as a measure against vibration and sound, but the diff mount is soft (especially Lexus is soft), so the softness makes the traction escape. By putting the Duracon differential mount collar in the gap of the differential mount, the movement (play) of the differential case is minimized and the transmission capacity is enhanced. Minimizes the input loss from the engine and prevents the judder that occurs when the road surface is low. Also, due to the material properties of Duracon, no grease is required due to the self-lubricating performance.
