ALL ORDERS MUST BE PRE-PAID BEFORE SHIPMENT!
Online/Website Orders:
- Ordering through our online e-catalog is the easiest and quickest method we offer.
- This mehtod ensures your order is processed as soon as possible and with the correct information.
Phone Orders:
If you're having trouble ordering through our website or feel your computer is not 'secure', call us at 203-467-9774 and place your order by phone.

PRICES ..
- Prices listed online include shipping and/or handling charges.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- CT residents add 6% sales tax.
RETURN POLICY ..
- Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging.
- There will be no return/exchange on a product that shows signs of having been installed, mounted or scratched.
- RETURN AUTHORIZATION must be issued before any returns can be made.
- All returns must be received within 10 calendar days after your return verification has been issued.
- Return Authorization doesn't imply a replacement or refund, but that we will inspect the part based on your claim.
- Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you.
- It's the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the size and application of the parts before installation.
- Approved refunds will be paid by either Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit.
- A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns.
- No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS ..
- Refused shipments sent back to TOP END Motorsports doesn't constitute right to any refund/credit.
- It's the customers responsibility to make arrangements with us before the refusal of any shipment.
- Eligable refused shipments are charged a 25% fee (50% on JDM engines) upon refund/credit.
PRODUCT BACK-ORDER POLICY ..
- If an item is not in stock or readily available, it may likely be on back-order from the manufacturer.
- If the delay is longer than 3 weeks we will try our best to knotify you.
- You may continue to wait for the product or cancel your order completely.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY ..
- With the name-brand parts we sell it may not be unlikely a product is on back-order or discontinued.
- In this event we will try our best to knowtify you of this issue.*
* On occation we are not aware of the back order or discontinuation of a product even after placing an order and hold no responsibility of knotification.
PRODUCT LEGALITY ..
- We do not guarantee the legality of use or installation of any item we sell in your particular area.
- We highly recommend that you check with your local law enforcement agency for rules and regulations.
- Violation of any laws may subject the owner and/or operator of the vehicle to a fine and/or penalty.
- Upgrades directly related to engine, exhaust, forced induction and fuel injection are legal in California for racing vehicles only which may never be used upon a highway unless otherwise specified. Persons in other states must check their local and state laws regarding use.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES ..
- No warranty will be valid if the defect has been caused by customers abuse, negligence or mishandling.
- All merchandise sold by TOP END Motorsports is only subject to manufacturers warranty, if any.
- Product is subject to submission to the manufacturer for approval for repair or replacement.
- The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees to the manfacturer.
- There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, electrical parts, and internal engine or turbo parts.
PRODUCT SHIPPING ERRORS ..
- If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a UPS Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge to you.
PRODUCT DAMAGE CLAIMS ..
- Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier.
- All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier.
- Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection.
- TOP END Motorsports will not initiate any claims with the carrier.
- Claims for shortage of items or damaged shipments must be made within five working days of receipt.
PRODUCT INSTALLATION ..
- We highly recommend the installation of parts be performed by a qualified trained professional.
- Improperly installed products may lead to unsafe and unreliable conditions.
- Products installed incorrectly will not be covered under warranty and will not be accepted for return.
