Strengthened Tie Rods and Tie
Rod Ends
The TEIN Tie Rod can be adjusted
for more steering angle when you counter steer, which will in turn
create deeper drift angles. TEIN Tie Rods have also been designed
to be stronger than the OE tie rod.
Caution 1:
ALWAYS use TEIN Strengthened Tie Rods together with TEIN Strengthened
Rod Ends. The following combination will not work .. Geniune tie
rod with TEIN strengthened Rod End .. or .. TEIN strengthened Tie
Rod with genuine rod end.
Caution 2:
By using the spacer (included in the kit), the steering wheel cut
off angle wil be increased. However it might cause tires and fenders/wings
to hit each other or the other parts of the vehicle, depending on
the size of the tires and/or wheel. When this happens, simply removing
the spacers could solve the problem, but there will not be any increase
in the angle. Please use the spacers at your own risk.
