Comptech high flow air intake systems are designed to match the power characteristics of our headers, that is, maximum gains in the mid-range where you can use it more often. They feature a highly polished mandrel bent aluminum tube and the Comptech/Uni two-stage filter element. The tube is formed to match the throttle body size for maximum flow. No weld sharp corners or rubber reducers found here! Comptech roll a bead on each end of the tube to retain the connectors and they will supply brackets that will properly suppor thte filter while allowing it to move with the engine. A small can of filter oil is included, too.

The kits use a foam filter that can be cleaned and reused. Please click on the Dyno Graph heading to see power improvements. All Comptech air intake systems are 50 state emissions legal. Comptech also offers high flow foam air filters that are a direct replacement for the standard factory filter and can be cleaned and reused.
