Civic B16 HD Synchromesh Gear Kit
Designed for the Civic DOHC VTEC (B16-160bhp) type P20 gearboxes, this 5 speed racing and high performance gearkit has ultra-close ratios to keep the engine revs up and in the power band. The taller first gear is more useable for high-powered cars and allows you to carry more speed. The remaining four gears are spaced tightly to take advantage of a VTEC's high rpm power.
Each gearkit comes with a new Heavy Duty mainshaft, first through fifth gears, and an HD ring and pinion.
Gears are helical cut, with large tooth profiles to endure the higher loads seen in competition, yet the synchromesh engagement ensures everyday driveability for the street.
